Harvard MIT Mixer is a social impact startup born out of the Harvard Innovation Labs with a mission to spark meaningful real life interaction. We bring people from different schools together at one table.

LAUNCHING SOON

At Harvard and MIT, it’s easy to stay in your lane—same campus, same building, same conversations. But what if the most important connection you could make isn’t in your lab, studio, or classroom… but across the river, across disciplines, or from an industry you never explored?

Harvard Mixer and MIT Mixer were born from a simple idea:
Let’s make it easier to meet new people from other schools.

We’re not a speaker panel. We’re not a pitch night. We’re not a career fair.
We’re a table, six chairs, and a carefully crafted mix of people who probably never would’ve met—but should.

You can call it non-traditional networking, but really, it’s just human connection without an agenda.
No business cards. No formal intros. Just a good meal and open minds.

You’ll sit next to someone from a different school, a different country, maybe a completely different worldview. And in a world that’s rushing to put us in boxes, that’s exactly the kind of space we need more of.

So step out. Log off. Dine in.

Because some of the most transformative ideas—and friendships—begin with the simple question:
“Nice to meet you!”
